For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, me903 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID) together with a selfie photograph. me903 may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs through your Account using your credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. 4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one registered me903 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. me903 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts, suspend all associated Accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings generated across the duplicate Accounts.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name that you have previously used to deposit to your me903 Account. 6.1 Processing Times

me903 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes for fully verified Accounts:

• GCash and Maya: 15–30 minutes from approval, including weekends and Philippine public holidays;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank transfer: Within one Philippine banking business day from approval;
• USDT: Within two hours from approval, subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Processing times may be extended if your Account is under review for security or compliance reasons, or if additional verification documents are required. me903 will notify you via your registered mobile number if a withdrawal requires additional review.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Only real-money balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal. me903 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews, including requesting source of funds documentation, for withdrawal requests that trigger AML monitoring thresholds as required by PAGCOR.

me903 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. me903 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from all registered Player Accounts at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Self-set daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus wagers in a suspended Account may be forfeited.

me903 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: (a) indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or winnings; (c) losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or server downtime not within me903's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in breach of these Terms; or (e) losses resulting from actions of third-party game providers or payment processors.

The me903 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. me903 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

me903's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at me903.cam/privacy-policy. By registering for an Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR licensing requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If informal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
